Terms of Service (Demonstration Placeholder)
Last Updated: October 2026 • Environment: Portfolio Showcase
This document is a technical placeholder provided as part of the RewardRush Portfolio Demonstration. Prior to commercial deployment, these terms must be formally customized and vetted by specialized legal counsel to address Get-Paid-To regulatory compliance, virtual currency terms, advertiser chargeback liabilities, anti-money laundering (AML) cashout rules, and dispute arbitration clauses.
1. Nature of the Portfolio Demonstration
RewardRush is an interactive portfolio demonstration created to showcase full-stack development, double-entry financial ledger accounting, and gamified rewards architecture. All coins, balances, offers, and payout transactions are simulated and hold no monetary value.
2. Virtual Currency Standard
RewardRush utilizes a standardized integer points system (1,000 Coins = $1.00 USD). Coins are not legal tender, cryptocurrency, or bank deposits, and represent conditional promotional rewards claimable only in accordance with platform redemption rules.
3. Anti-Fraud & Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing emulators, virtual private networks (VPNs), multi-accounting scripts, automated survey response bots, or tampered APKs. In production systems, violations trigger automated balance forfeiture, account suspension, and advertiser postback reversal logging.
4. Ledger Immutability & Reversals
All financial operations are governed by an append-only ledger. When an advertiser cancels or reverses an unverified completion (chargeback), the system automatically posts an offsetting debit entry to preserve accounting balance equilibrium.
